As the Government of the Republic of Serbia had founded an Office for Cooperation with the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region and appointed Slavka Draskovic its Director, the Committee members concluded that it would be useful to hold a meeting at one of the upcoming sittings with the Office Director to consult about the drafting of said law and the establishment of cooperation between the Committee and the Office.
In the continuation, the Committee members were informed about the visit of the Committee Chairman Aleksandar Cotric and Committee member Milorad Stosic to the Republic of Macedonia, from 27 to 29 October. On the occasion they attended the commemoration of the Battle of Kumanovo and met with the representatives of the Democratic Party of Serbs in Macedonia.
The Committee members also accepted the Information on the meetings between the Committee members and representatives of the Writers’ Association Seven from Frankfurt, the Progressive Club from Belgrade and representatives of the Serbian Business Association Entrepreneur with whom they discussed the scholarship project for Serbian youth in the Republic of Croatia.

The sitting was chaired by Aleksandar Cotric, Committee Chairman.
