At the sitting held on 29 April 2024, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues adopted the Decision on the formation of the Working Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process.
The Working Group is composed of two representatives, a member and substitute member, of each parliamentary group in the National Assembly, every national minority political party which does not have a parliamentary group in the National Assembly and associations CRTA, Centre for Free Elections and Democracy and Transparency Serbia.
The following were appointed into the Working Group:
1) MP Ugljesa Mrdic, member and Nikola Banjac, substitute member, at the proposal of the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop Parliamentary Group;
2) MP Ugljesa Markovic, member and MP Marko Milosevic, substitute member, at the proposal of the IVICA DACIC-Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) Parliamentary Group;
3) MP Ana Jakovljevic, member and Zlata Jusufovic, substitute member, at the proposal of the People’s Movement of Serbia - New Face of Serbia Parliamentary Group;
4) MP Jelena Jerinic, member and MP Marina Mijatovic, substitute member, at the proposal of the Green–Left Front - Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)оwn Parliamentary Group;
5) MP Filip Tatalovic, member and Dusan Dincic, substitute member, at the proposal of the Democratic Party – DS Parliamentary Group;
6) MP Ana Krstic, member and MP Branko Pavlovic, substitute member, at the proposal of the We – Voice From the People Parliamentary Group;
7) MP Risto Kostov member and Kristina Antic, substitute member, at the proposal of the PUPS - Solidarity and Justice Parliamentary Group;
8) Luka Pusic, member and Slobodan Radulovic, substitute member, at the proposal of the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians Parliamentary Group;
9) Uros Kandic, member and Natasa Mihailovic Vacic, substitute member, at the proposal of the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group;
10) MP Zagorka Aleksic, member and MP Nenad Filipovic, substitute member, at the proposal of the Dragan Markovic Palma – United Serbia Parliamentary Group;
11) MP Danijela Nestorovic, member and Aleksandar Stevanovic, substitute member, at the proposal of the Ecological Uprising Parliamentary Group;
12) MP Djordje Komlenski, member and MP Marijan Risticevic, substitute member, at the proposal of the PS-NSS-USS-RS Parliamentary Group.
MPs not members of any parliamentary groups:
13) Rejhan Kurtovic, member and Edin Numanovic, substitute member, at the proposal of SP;
14) MP Ahmedin Skrijelj, member and MP Selma Kucevic, substitute member, at the proposal of SDA;
15) MP Shaip Kamberi, member and Rahim Salihi, substitute member, at the proposal of PDD;
16) Pavle Dimitrijevic, member nd Vladana Jarakovic, substitute member, at the proposal of CRTA;
17) Bojan Klacar, member and Sladjana Komatina, substitute member, at the proposal of CeSID;
18) Nemanja Nenadic, member and Robert Sepi, substitute member, at the proposal of Transparency Serbia.
