Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 6 June, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed the Fiscal Council 2013 Activity Report presented to the Committee members by Fiscal Council member Vladimir Vuckovic.
Following a debate, the Committee decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly containing a Conclusion Proposal stating that the Committee accepted the Fiscal Council 2013 Activity Report.
The Committee members considered and adopted the Decision granting consent to the Fiscal Council Proposal of 2014 Financial Plan and 2015 and 2016 financial plans with a 2014 Human Resources Draft Plan. The Financial Plan was also presented by Fiscal Council member Vladimir Vuckovic.
The Committee members went on to consider Securities Commission Annual Report containing the Commission’s 2013 Business Report, Commission’s 2013 Financial Report and the Report of the authorised auditor “IEF” d.o.o. Belgrade, presented to the Committee members by Commission Chairman Zoran Cirovic. Having debated the matter, the Committee decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly containing a Conclusion Proposal stating that the Committee did not accept the Securities Commission Annual Report containing the Commission’s 2013 Business Report, Commission’s 2013 Financial Report and the authorised auditor Report of “IEF” d.o.o. Belgrade.
As regards the review of the Securities Commission 2014 Financial Plan accompanied by the Government opinion of 29 January 2014, the Committee decided to formulate a Conclusion Proposal, at one of its future sittings, to submit to the National Assembly. In the meantime, the Securities Commission would submit a revised 2014 Financial Plan to the Committee.
The Committee members also considered the Central Securities Registry, Depository and Clearing House 2013 Business Report with the Central Registry 2013 Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report, presented by the Central Registry Director Ana Jovanovic. Following a debate, the Committee decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly containing a Conclusion Proposal stating that the Committee accepted the Central Securities Registry, Depository and Clearing House 2013 Business Report with the Central Registry 2013 Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report.
The sitting was chaired by Veroljub Arsic, Committee Chairman.
