Sixteenth Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 21 January, the Finance Committee discussed in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees and the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of a State Audit Institution Council Member.
At the sitting held on 21 January, the Finance Committee discussed in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees and the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of a State Audit Institution Council Member.
Deputy Nikola Lazic submitted an amendment to article 17 and an amendment to article 25 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees. Minister of Finance Diana Dragutinovic accepted the submitted amendments at a sitting of the First Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2009, and the Finance Committee members accepted both amendments by a majority of votes.
The Committee members went on to adopt the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of a State Audit Institution Council Member, submitted by G17 PLUS Deputy Group, by a majority of votes.
The Committee members agreed with the Committee Chairman’s proposal that an expert service prepare the Finance Committee’s work plan which will be considered at one of the following sittings.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Zoran Krasic.
