At the sitting held on 25 February, the Legislative Committee discussed the two modified amendments submitted by deputy Zlata Djeric.

The Committee deemed the amendment submitted to article 11 of the Bill legally feasible, while the amendment submitted to article 39 of the Bill was rejected as it did not comply with article 103 paragraph 4 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
