Seventy-Eighth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 20 December, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat.
At the sitting held on 20 December, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat.
The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Jasmina Milosevic, elected from the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) – Party of United Pensioners of Serbia (PUPS) – United Serbia (US) electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with article 88 of the Law on Election of Deputies.
As the Committee members had ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of deputy Dejan Pisarevic, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected deputy’s term of office.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
