The Committee members unanimously accepted the reports on the Committee Chairman’s visits to Romania and Hungary, meetings between the Committee members and the representatives of the Alliance of Serbian Associations of Sweden, the Romanian Parliamentary delegation and the delegation of the Serbian Business Association "Entrepreneur" from Croatia. On the occasion, the Committee members highlighted as one of the problems the fact that in some countries the Serbian population does not have the status of national minority and restated that the mother country should provide more assistance in exercising the right to education of the Serbian populations in the diaspora.
In the continuation of the sitting, Committee Chairman Aleksandar Cotric gave introductory information on the drafting of the law on the Serbian Immigrant Society which the Committee members would be further informed about at the next sitting.
