Today, at the National Assembly House, Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic talked to the representatives of Lazarevac taxi drivers who had forwarded a petition to the Committee on Petitions and Proposals. They briefed Chairman Dujovic on their problems in providing taxi services in the town of Lazarevac as they had not received work permits from the Belgrade Secretariat for Transport even though they live and work in a suburban municipality. Due to it, they are the daily target of traffic inspection and traffic police.
The Committee Chairman outlined the Committee’s competence and position and promised to initiate the resolution to their problem at the city Secretariat for Transport.
