Ninety-Sixth Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At the sitting held on 14 September, the Administrative Committee established the compliance of two interpellations regarding the work of the Government submitted by a group of 51 MPs and 52 MPs respectively of the Serbian Radical Party Parliamentary Group (on 26 and 27 July 2011) with the provisions of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.


The Committee also established the compliance of the interpellation regarding the work of the Minister of Religions and the Diaspora Srdjan Sreckovic submitted by a group of 57 MPs of the Serbian Radical Party Parliamentary Group (on 8 September 2011) with the provisions of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The Committee members unanimously adopted the proposal that the Administrative Committee should inform the National Assembly of its opinion that all three interpellations comply with provisions 220 and 222 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The Administrative Committee went on to unanimously adopt the Proposed amendments and modifications to the 2011 Assembly Budget, explained by National Assembly Secretary General Veljko Odalovic.

The Administrative Committee considered the requests of MP Veroljub Stevanovic and Minister of Kosovo-Metohija Goran Bogdanovic for an opinion on article 28 of the Anti-Corruption Agency Law. The Committee gave a positive opinion on the submitted requests.

At the sitting, the Committee formulated decision proposals on fines for reprimands issued for disturbing the order at the sitting of the Second, Third, Fifth and Eighth Extraordinary Sessions of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.

 

The Committee sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Nenad Konstantinovic.
