Ninety-Second Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 15 June, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to two of the Bills on the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2010.Having considered the amendments to the Bill on Electronic Communication (73), the Legislative Committee deemed all of them legally feasible except the amendment to article 16 which was found to be contrary to the Constitution and the amendments to articles 21 and 27 which were rejected as incomplete.


At the sitting held on 15 June, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to two of the Bills on the agenda for the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly in 2010.

Having considered the amendments to the Bill on Electronic Communication (73), the Legislative Committee deemed all of them legally feasible except the amendment to article 16 which was found to be contrary to the Constitution and the amendments to articles 21 and 27 which were rejected as incomplete.

The Committee considered and rejected the amendment to article 1 of the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement on Establishment of the Regional School of Public Administration (RESPA).

The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
