At the nineteenth sitting, held on 24 November, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the bills on the Public Prosecution, on the State Council of Prosecutors and on Public Purchases, submitted by the Government.
Out of the 33 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Public Prosecution by the deputies and the three amendments submitted by the Committee on Justice and Administration, the Committee deemed all except one legally feasible, so the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly reject the one amendment, because it is not in line with the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
At the sitting, the Committee discussed and deemed legally feasible all the amendments to the Bill on the State Council of Prosecutors submitted by the deputies (11), as well as one amendment submitted by the Committee on Justice and Administration.
Of the 67 amendments submitted to the Bill on Public Purchases, the Committee deemed all the submitted amendments legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
