Welcoming them to the Serbian Assembly, Speaker Orlic expressed his belief that they would take the most beautiful impressions, memories and new friendships from their visit to the Serbian capital. "May your love for Serbia always accompany you, as well as the knowledge of how beautiful and successful it is today and how much more beautiful and successful it will be over time - determined to develop in this manner in the future," said Dr Orlic, pointing to the large projects that have changed the image of Belgrade, such as the Belgrade Waterfront, as well as those expected to be realised in the coming years. "The large fairground with a completely new complex where Belgrade will welcome the world as the host of EXPO 2027, new national stadium, fantastic train station and new museums – it is because of these and many other wonderful things that await us in the future that we would like you to come and visit us more often, to witness and enjoy the development of Serbia, which also belongs to you. Because this is your house," said the National Assembly Speaker.

Concluding his address, he once again expressed his satisfaction at meeting the children in the National Assembly, the doors of which, he stressed, are always wide open for them. "Until next time, do not forget to always be hardworking and diligent, to study hard, respect your neighbours, respect and protect each other. And, just as you love your sisters and brothers, just as you love your parents, your family - always love your Serbia and know that it also loves you, and that it is counting on you in the future," said Dr Orlic.

In the course of their visit to the Serbian Assembly, the children from the Republic of Croatia were also greeted by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Milimir Vujadinovic.
