National Assembly Speaker Congratulates Rosh Hashanah

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr Vladimir Orlic sent a card congratulating Rosh Hashanah to Isak Asiel, Rabbi of the Jewish community in Serbia.

“On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and my own behalf, most heartfelt congratulations on Rosh Hashanah and the upcoming holidays, may you have a good year. Wishing that it be filled with peace and joy, I am sure that together, building on the unbreakable brotherly ties between the Serbian and Jewish people, forged through a long history of trials and suffering, we will continue to grow strong and create a better future.
