Hundred and Twenty-First Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 23 May, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to five of the bills on the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly.
The Committee deemed all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Protection of Financial Service Users, Bill on Control of Precious Metal Objects and the Bill amending the Tobacco Law, legally feasible.
The Committee unanimously decided to inform the National Assembly that all the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Election of Deputies adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Identity Card Law, in principle and in detail, and decided to forward two opinions to the National Assembly – that the Bill complies with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia and that all the amendments submitted to it are legally feasible.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
