The Committee noted that the termination of the terms of office of MPs Dragi Damnjanovic and Nebojsa Zdravkovic, elected from the For European Serbia – Boris Tadic electoral list, left vacant MP seats at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with the provision of article 88 of the Law on Election of Deputies.

Having ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the terms of office of MPs Jaroslav Hrebik and Nikola Stojsic, the Committee members proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected MPs terms of office.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
