Gojkovic Sends Telegram of Condolences on Death of Painter Ljubomir Popovic
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and Chairperson of the Culture and Information Committee Maja Gojkovic sent a telegram of condolences to the family and the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts on the death of painter and academician Ljubomir Popovic.
“It was with deep sadness that we received the news of the death of the renowned painter whose work has left an indelible mark in Serbia and abroad. Ljubomir Popovic’s departure is a big loss for the whole art scene of Serbia and France, as well as Europe and the world.
