Fourth Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting, held on 24 October, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered and adopted, in principle, the Bill on the Confirmation of the Energy Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Italy, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members also accepted the Committee’s amendment propоsing new article 2 by which the National Assembly authorizes the Government to, in line with the Agreement, consolidate the list of projects in the Agreement Annex, and thus turning articles 2 and 3 into articles 3 and 4 of the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Dr Aleksandra Tomic.
