Fourth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 12 June, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Communications and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Postal Services, in detail.
Out of the 10 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Communications, the Committee and the Government decided to accept three.
The Committee and the Government rejected both the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Postal Services.
At the sitting, the Committee also discussed two civic petitions it had received, as proposed by the Working Group for the processing of proposals, and ascertained how to proceed with the submitted proposals.
The sitting was chaired by Milutin Mrkonjic, Committee Chairman.
