Minister Dragin informed the Committee members that the proposed rebalance envisages an increase in agrarian budgetary means of 6 988.300 thousand dinars.

Following the discussion, the Committee accepted, by a majority of votes, the proposed budget rebalance, that is the increase in the agrarian budget and endorsed the proposal that the envisaged means be invested, above all, into the payment of subsidies, and that the state settle its obligations towards registered agricultural households for fertilizer, seed and fuel, by the end of the year.

At the sitting, the Committee conducted a unified discussion on the Bill on plant health and the Bill on the means of plant nutrition and soil improvement. By a majority of votes, the Committee accepted both the bills in principle.

The Committee members also discussed the Bill on public warehouses for agricultural products. In the discussion, they deemed that the new bill would contribute to the stabilisation of the agricultural product market and significantly influence the credit financing of agricultural products.

Having completed the discussion, the Committee accepted the Bill in principle by a majority of votes.
