Fourth International Pan-European Conference - Edict of Milan – Human Rights and Religious Tolerance in United Europe

“Human rights and religious tolerance are the fundamental principles of every democratic society and the cornerstones of the idea of united Europe which we belong to, trying to achieve European values as a European Union candidate country, first and foremost for the good of our citizens”, said the National Assembly Speaker, Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic in his opening speech at the Fourth International Pan-European Conference with the topic Edict of Milan – Human Rights and Religious Tolerance in the United Europe.


The attending representatives of twelve countries from the European Union and the region and representatives of religious communities were also addressed by Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia responsible for multilateral cooperation Roksanda Nincic, President of the International Pan-European Union Alain Terrenoire, European Parliament member and President of the Pan-European Union of Germany Bernd Posselt, President of the Pan-European Union of Serbia Vojislav Mitic, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Serbia H.E.Laurent Louis Stokvis and Deputy Head of the Mission of the Republic of Austria to Serbia Wolfgang Wagner.
