Forty-Sixth Sitting of the Administrative Committee

At the sitting on 24 June, the Administrative Committee considered the request of the National Assembly Secretary for its opinion on the implementation of the provisions of the Law on temporary pay, fee and other income reduction in public administration and the public sector and the requests of the State Audit Institution to determine the salary, right to reimbursement of accommodation costs and the right to monthly separate living allowance for Danka Aksentijevic, member of the State Audit Institution.


At the sitting on 24 June, the Administrative Committee considered the request of the National Assembly Secretary for its opinion on the implementation of the provisions of the Law on temporary pay, fee and other income reduction in public administration and the public sector and the requests of the State Audit Institution to determine the salary, right to reimbursement of accommodation costs and the right to monthly separate living allowance for Danka Aksentijevic, member of the State Audit Institution.

Following a brief discussion on the request of the National Assembly Secretary demanding the Administrative Committee’s opinion on implementation of the provisions of the Law on temporary pay, fee and other income reduction in public administration and the public sector, the Administrative Committee members concluded by a majority of votes that the monthly lump-sum paid for the performance of deputy duties in an electoral unit cannot be considered a bonus, premium or supplement as defined in article 7 of the Law on temporary pay, fee and other income reduction in public administration and the public sector.

Following the discussion on the second item on the agenda, the Administrative Committee unanimously adopted a decision granting Danka Aksentijevic, member of the State Audit Institution the right to a salary in the amount of 83,387.00 RSD, the right to reimbursement of accommodation costs in the amount of 35,000.00 RSD for the lease of an apartment in Belgrade and the right to a monthly separate living allowance in the amount of 75 percent of the average monthly income per employee in the Republic of Serbia economy sector.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstatinovic.
