Forty-Seventh Sitting of the European Integrations Committee
At the sitting held on 7 September, the European Integrations Committee considered, in principle, the Bills on the agenda for the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011: the Railway Bill, Patent Bill and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
Representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and Ministry of Education and Science briefed the Committee members on the innovations contained in the Bills.
The Committee endorsed the Bills in principle.
In addition, the Committee accepted the proposal to organise a public hearing on the Restitution Bill by 21 September in cooperation with the Finance Committee.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Laszlo Varga.
