Forty-Second Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 2 December, the members of the Finance Committee considered the amendment the Committee proposed to the Bankruptcy Bill.

The Committee submitted an amendment modifying paragraph 1 of article 135 of the Bill. The modification institutes a higher level of protection of secured creditors’ rights. The Committee members unanimously accepted the proposed amendment.
The Committee members went on to rule that it is imperative that the Committee discuss the State Audit Institution’s Report on the audit of the financial statement of the Republic of Serbia 2008 Budget.
