Forty-First Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 7 April, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Contract concluded between the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank, submitted by the Government.



At the sitting held on 7 April, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Contract concluded between the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank, submitted by the Government. The Committee deemed the Bill in accordance with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee commenced a discussion on the amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bill on the Appearance and Use of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia. Having considered seven amendments and established that three of them are legally feasible, the Committee discontinued the sitting.

In the continuation, on 8 April, the Committee continued and completed the discussion on the amendments to the Bill on the Appearance and Use of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee considered the amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bill on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on their Destruction.

The Committee ascertained that the amendments submitted to some of the articles of the Bills share the same content so it considered them as a group and deemed which are legally feasible.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
