Forty-First Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 23 December, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the amendments to eight of the Bills on the agenda of the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, viz.

The Committee submitted an amendment to the Bill modifying the Law on the Security Information Agency stipulating that the law comes into force day after it has been published and its implementation starts on 1 January 2010.
The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bills. The Committee submitted two amendments of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Civil Procedure Act and two amendments to the Bill on Administrative Disputes. The Committee submitted one amendment each to the Bill amending and modifying the Misdemeanor Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Inappropriate Behaviour at Sporting Events.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
