Forty-First Sitting of the Finance Committee

At the sitting held on 23 November, the members of the Finance Committee considered the particulars of the Bill determining public interest in the expropriation of real estate for the construction of magisterial pipeline MG-11, Bankruptcy Bill, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agency for Licensing Bankruptcy Managers and the Bill regulating the relationship between the Republic of Serbia and loan recipient or guarantor for obligations undertaken under International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Loans.



At the sitting held on 23 November, the members of the Finance Committee considered the particulars of the Bill determining public interest in the expropriation of real estate for the construction of magisterial pipeline MG-11, Bankruptcy Bill, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agency for Licensing Bankruptcy Managers and the Bill regulating the relationship between the Republic of Serbia and loan recipient or guarantor for obligations undertaken under International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Loans.

Two amendments were submitted to the Bill determining public interest in the expropriation of real estate for the construction of magisterial pipeline MG-11. The Government and the Committee accepted neither of the submitted amendments.

The deputies had submitted 88 amendments to the Bankruptcy Bill, whereas the Government of the Republic of Serbia submitted 8 amendments. The Government and the Committee accepted 10 of the amendments, and the Committee submitted 8 amendments of its own to the Bill.

A total of 18 amendments had been submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agency for Licensing Bankruptcy Managers, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted none.

A total of 3 amendments had been submitted to the Bill regulating the relationship between the Republic of Serbia and loan recipient or guarantor for obligations undertaken under International Bank for Reconstruction and Development Loans. The Government and the Committee accepted none of the submitted amendments.
