First Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

The Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues held its first sitting on 3 August 2022, convened by National Assembly Speaker Dr Vladimir Orlic, as stipulated in Article 25 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

Pending the election of Committee Chairperson, the sitting was chaired by the oldest Committee member present, MP Zika Bujuklic of the “Aleksandar Vucic – Together We Can Do Anything” Parliamentary Group.

The Committee members unanimously elected MP Jelena Zaric Kovacevic of the “Aleksandar Vucic – Together We Can Do Anything” Parliamentary Group Committee Chairperson, and Pavle Grbovic of the UNITED – SSP, PSG, SLOGA TRADE UNION, PZP Parliamentary Group, Committee Deputy Chairman.
