At the sitting held on 8 July, the Legislative Committee considered in principle the four Bills included in the agenda for the Tenth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009. The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.

The following Bills were discussed: on the Budgetary System, amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees, granting guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of “MARFIN BANK” Belgrade under the debt of Public Enterprise “Serbian Roads” and amending the Labour Law, submitted by the Government.
