Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Defense and Security
At its fifth sitting, held on 18 November, the Committee on Defense and Security conducted a discussion on the manner of dealing with received petitions.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Dragan Todorovic.
By a majority of votes, the Committee concluded to forward all petitions it received to the National Assembly’s Committee on Petitions and Proposals, but that the Committee members and the parties submitting the petitions be informed on every petition concerning the Committee’s field of competence.
Chairman Dragan Todorovic informed the Committee that he had received a delegation of the Association of Families of Kidnapped and Killed Persons in Kosovo-Metohija who requested that the Committee on Defense and Security consider the petition they forwarded requesting an investigation into whether the red notice for Agim Ceku and Hasim Taci had been withdrawn, as soon as possible.
By a majority of votes, the Committee decided to request information from the Ministry of Interior on whether the notices had been withdrawn.
