At the sitting held on 23 July, the Committee on Labour, Ex-Servicemen’s and Social Issues discussed the particulars of the Bill on Social Housing. The sitting was chaired by Meho Omerovic, Committee Chairman.

The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly adopt 17 of the amendments submitted by the deputies. The Committee submitted an amendment of its own to article 10 of the Bill containing the amendments jointly submitted by deputies Gordana Rajkov and Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic, and an amendment to the same article by deputy Sasa Dujovic.

At the Committee sitting, the abovementioned amendments were also accepted by the representative of the submitters, Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulic.

By a majority of votes, the Committee rejected all the remaining amendments which were not accepted by the representative of the submitters of the Bill either.
