FIFTH SITTING OF THE SECOND REGULAR SESSION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA IN 2007 CONVENED

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Mr Oliver Dulic convened the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2007, for Monday, 3 December, beginning at 10 a.



The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Mr Oliver Dulic convened the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2007, for Monday, 3 December, beginning at 10 a.m., that is after the conclusion of the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2007.

Speaker Dulic proposed that at the sitting the National Assembly discuss the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2008 with its accompanying Memorandum on the Budget and Economic and Fiscal Policy for 2008, projections for 2009 and 2010 and proposals of decisions on granting consent to financial plans for 2008 of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance, National Employment Service and Republic Health Insurance Agency, submitted by the Government.

According to the proposed agenda, the members of parliament will discuss the bills amending and modifying the Income Tax Law for citizens, Income Tax Law for companies and the Law on Republic Administrative Fees. All the fiscal bills had been submitted by the Government.

In addition, the National Assembly will discuss the Bills on Defence, the Serbian Armed Forces, Foreign Affairs and basic organisation of security services of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government.

The Fifth sitting will be held at the building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade, 14 Kralja Milana Street.
