Eleventh Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the eleventh sitting, held on 14 October, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the Bill on the protection of personal data, the Bill on the seizure of assets derived from a criminal offense, the Bill on the responsibility of legal persons for criminal offenses, the Bill on the Anti-Corruption Agency and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on financing of political parties.



At the eleventh sitting, held on 14 October, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the Bill on the protection of personal data, the Bill on the seizure of assets derived from a criminal offense, the Bill on the responsibility of legal persons for criminal offenses, the Bill on the Anti-Corruption Agency and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on financing of political parties.

The Committee deemed all the amendments submitted to the five bills legally feasible.

The sitting was attended by the Minister of Justice Snezana Malovic and Ombudsman Sasa Jankovic.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Vlako Ratkovic.
