At the sitting held on 14 March, the Administrative Committee considered the Republic Electoral Commission Report for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat.

The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of deputy Dr Vladan Batic, elected from the Liberal Democratic Party – Cedomir Jovanovic electoral list, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, in line with the provision of article 88 of the Law on Election of Deputies.

As the Committee members had ascertained the existence of sufficient grounds to verify the term of office of deputy Marija Bugarcic, the Committee unanimously proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the newly-elected deputy’s term of office.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
