At the sitting held on 12 April, the Administrative Committee considered the grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Vesna Marjanovic. The Committee unanimously adopted a Report to be submitted to the National Assembly establishing the existence of sufficient grounds for the termination of term of office of deputy Vesna Marjanovic before the expiration of the term she was elected to.

The Committee considered the request submitted by Oliver Dulic, Minister of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning for an opinion on article 30 of the Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency relating to the performance of another duty or activity. The Committee gave a positive opinion on the request.

The Administrative Committee unanimously adopted a Decision on the provisional appearance and use of National Assembly symbols on the National Assembly’s web page.
