Eighth Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting, held on 6 December, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in detail, the Bill on Public Enterprises, Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia Development Fund Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Privatisation Law.
The MPs had submitted 77 amendments to the Bill on Public Enterprises, and the Government and the Committee accepted 19 of the amendments. The Committee submitted 10 amendments of its own to articles 2, 6, 11, 16, 17, 22, 27, 39, 65 and 66 of the Bill, which were accepted at the Committee sitting by the Minister of Finance and Economy, Mladjan Dinkic.
Out of the 16 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia Development Fund Law, the Government and the Committee accepted none.
One amendment had been submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Privatisation Law, which the Government and the Committee did not accept.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Dr Aleksandra Tomic.
