Continuation of the 26th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
In the continuation of the sitting commenced on 29 November and continued on 5 December, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending debated the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, in detail.
The MPs had submitted 26 amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted none.
Out of the eight amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, the Committee accepted five amendments submitted by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Vesna Kovac.
