6th Session of the Constitutional Commission Held
The Constitutional Commission held the sixth session on June 18, 2003 at 11 a. m, in the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia seat.
The Constitutional Commission held the sixth session on June 18, 2003 at 11 a. m, in the Presidency of the Republic of Serbia seat. Mr. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., presided over this session.
It was agreed for the Basic Issues and Coordination Sub-Committee to hold a session in order to define points at issue in preparation of the Draft Constitution of Serbia, after which these issues are to be subject to the Constitutional Commission's decision.
Members that were present supported the suggestion, put forward by the Chairman, for the Commission to hold sessions daily from now on, including Saturdays and Sundays if necessary.
