49th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 11 December, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed and accepted the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Report for the period August-October 2015.
The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Activity Report for the period August-October 2015 was presented by assistant ministers of construction, transport and infrastructure Djordje Milic and Jovanka Atanackovic.
Djordje Milic said that in the reported period the Ministry was engaged in legislative activities resulting in the Law on Legalisation of Buildings, Law on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Issuance of Building Permit for the Realisation of Project “Belgrade Waterfront” and the Law on Mercantile Shipping.
Jovanka Atanackovic spoke about the electronic issuance of building permits which is to start on 4 January 2016, and the legalisation of buildings. The Committee was particularly interested in the construction of Corridor 11, and the road sections Obrenovac-Ub and Lajkovac-Ljig, which the Ministry representatives assured them are going according to plan.
The Committee went on to accept the proposal of the Working Group responsible for petitions and proposals how to process the 14 petitions the Committee had received in the previous period.
In addition to the Committee Chairman, the sitting was attended by Committee members Vuceta Toskovic, Suzana Spasojevic, Zoran Bojanic, Konstantin Arsenovic, Dr Vladimir Orlic, Zoran Milekic and Mujo Mukovic, and Committee deputy members Olivera Pesic and Dragan Aleksic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
