48th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 8 December 2021, the members of Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.
The Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the term of office of newly-elected MP Ratko Nikolic from the same Electoral List, immediately after the reception of the report.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Zeljko Tomic, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Branimir Spasic, Dijana Radovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Branimir Jovanovic, Violeta Ocokoljic and Nebojsa Bakarec.
