46th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 16 November 2015, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications discussed and accepted the Bill on Legalisation of Buildings, Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, Bill on Registry of Unlimited Period Lease Tenants of Property Owned by Citizens, Legacies and Foundations, Bill on Mercantile Shipping and the Bill on Working Hours of Road Transport Vehicle Crew and Tachographs.
The Committee members also discussed and accepted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the construction of the interstate bridge across the Drina with accompanying facilities on location Ljubovija-Bratunac and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol amending and modifying the Air Transport Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Swiss Federal Council.
On the behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, the sitting was attended by State Secretary Alaksandra Damnjanovic, assistant ministers Jovanka Atanackovic, Leposava Sojic and Djordje Milic and associates.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
