42nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 26 October 2021, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the Establishment of the Ethics Commission.

Prof. Dr Dragan Smiljanic of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, Brankica Popovic of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Pristina, and Dr Ivana Stojanovic Prelevic of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Nis, were proposed for Ethics Commission candidates from the ranks of university teaching staff, while bachelors of laws Sanja Pecelj and Sanja Dedic of the National Assembly Support Service were proposed as candidates from the ranks of civil servants.

The Committee unanimously determined the Proposal of the Decision on the Establishment of the Ethics Commission and voted that it be urgently forwarded to the National Assembly so that it may be ruled on by urgent procedure, thus coming into force before the eight days from publication in the “RS Official Gazette” have elapsed.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Zeljko Tomic, Luka Kebara, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Branimir Spasic, Djordje Milicevic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Branimir Jovanovic, Violeta Ocokoljic, Sandra Bozic, Vesna Nedovic and Ivana Nikolic.
