34th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the 34th sitting, held on 29 December 2023, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the request submitted by Prof. Dr Milan Jovanovic to assume another public post. The Committee gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by Prof. Dr Milan Jovanovic to assume another public post in addition to that of members of the Management Board of the National Entity for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education, viz. member of the Faculty of Organisational Sciences of the University of Belgrade.

The Committee also considered the Proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General to re-appoint officers as National Assembly Assistant Secretary General - Head of the Operations and Technical Affairs and Information Technology Sector and National Assembly Assistant Secretary General - Head of the General Affairs Sector. The Committee accepted the Proposal of the National Assembly Secretary General to appoint Dario Kukolj to the post of National Assembly Assistant Secretary General - Head of the Operations and Technical Affairs and Information Technology Sector and Marina Sukovic to the post of National Assembly Assistant Secretary General - Head of the General Affairs Sector.

The Committee went on to adopt the Decision on the base rate for the salary of President of the Republic, the MPs and appointed staff of the President’s and National Assembly Support Service, concerning item 3 on the Committee’s agenda – the conduct of Article 9 of the Republic of Serbia 2024 Budget Law

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandar Markovic, Srdjan Milivojevic, Djordje Komlenski, Aleksandar Mirkovic, Veroljub Matic, Biljana Ilic-Stosic, Dragana Radinovic, Zivota Starcevic, Ana Miljanic and Snezana Paunovic.
