32nd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 27 December, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed the amendments submitted to the Public Procurement Bill, submitted by a group of 138 MPs. The MPs had submitted a total of 81 amendments to the Bill.


The submitter and the Committee accepted eight of the amendments. The Committee also submitted 15 amendments of its own to articles 7, 33, 57, 61, 75, 77, 78, 79, 141, 174, 175, 177 and 178 of the Bill, as well as to addendums 1 and 2.
The Committee went on to discuss the amendments submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad for the realisation of Project South Stream, Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Credit Suisse bank London, Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad, UniCredit Bank Serbia a.d., Belgrade and Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad, Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Komercijalna banka a.d. Belgrade and AIK bank a.d. Nis against the debt of Galenika a.d. Belgrade, and the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade against the debt of Air Traffic Joint Stock Company “JAT Airways” a.d. Belgrade, submitted by the Government.
The MPs had submitted six amendments to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad for the realisation of Project South Stream, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted none.
Out of the nine amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Credit Suisse bank London, Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad, UniCredit Bank Serbia a.d., Belgrade and Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad, the Government and the Committee accepted none.
The MPs had submitted eight amendments to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Komercijalna banka a.d. Belgrade and AIK bank a.d. Nis against the debt of Galenika a.d. Belgrade, which the Government and the Committee did not accept.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the five amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade against the debt of Air Traffic Joint Stock Company “JAT Airways” a.d. Belgrade.
