According to Radenkovic, in 2013 the Committee held 25 sittings, one of them outside of the National Assembly headquarters and one a joint sitting with the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction. The Committee also reviewed 19 bills submitted by the Government, to which 427 amendments had been submitted and discussed, as well as eight amendments by the Committee itself. The Committee deliberated on and responded to 70 petitions the processing of which was proposed by the Committee’s Working Group. The Committee also held two public hearings in 2013.
The Committee went on to adopt the Working Group’s proposal on how to process the six petitions the Committee had received in the previous period.
