31st Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 26 December, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed and accepted the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad for the realisation of Project South Stream, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members also discussed and accepted the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Credit Suisse bank London, Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad, UniCredit Bank Serbia a.d., Belgrade and Deutsche bank AG London against the debt of ''Srbijagas'' Public Enterprise Novi Sad, Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Komercijalna banka a.d. Belgrade and AIK bank a.d. Nis against the debt of Galenika a.d. Belgrade, and the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade against the debt of Air Traffic Joint Stock Company “JAT Airways” a.d. Belgrade, submitted by the Government.
The sitting was attended by Aleksandar Kocic, State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance and Economy, who briefly outlined the bills to the Committee members.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Vesna Kovac.
