31st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 6 September 2023, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues adopted the Decision on the Determination of the Proposal of the 2024 Assembly Budget prepared and presented by National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic. In line with the Law on the National Assembly and the Rules of Procedure, the Decision will be forwarded to the Ministry of Finance for an opinion.


The Committee went on to adopt the Conclusion submitted by MP Milenko Jovanov obliging the National Assembly Secretary General to, within his legal authority, set up a working group made up of National Assembly employees to draft an act on the use of symbols, so that the Committee could have a prepared draft.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Djordje Komlenski, Aleksandar Markovic, Radmila Vasic, Bojan Torbica, Radovan Arezina, Dr Vesna Ivkovic, Ana Miljanic, Veroljub Matic, Dragana Radinovic and Zivota Starcevic.
