2nd session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination
The second session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination was held on 16 May 2003. The session was chaired by Srdjan Sikimic, vice-chairman of the Sub-committee.
The second session of the Constitutional Commission’s Sub-committee on Basic Issues and Co-ordination was held on 16 May 2003. The session was chaired by Srdjan Sikimic, vice-chairman of the Sub-committee.
The session discussed the following agenda:
1. Discussion of previously raised issues: constitutional declaration, basic principles and the structure, i.e. the content of the constitution;
2. Plan of the Sub-committee’s work;
3. Miscellaneous.
Members of the Sub-committee exchanged views about issues such as the constitutional declaration, basic principles and the structure of the constitution, i.e. its content. At the next session, to be held on Tuesday 20 May, the Sub-committee will define specific solutions, which it will offer to the Constitutional Commission.
