27th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 29 April 2021, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered a complaint of breach of the MPs’ Code of Conduct.


The Committee members ruled to issue a reprimand pursuant to Article 8, line 6 of the MPs’ Code of Conduct, regarding the complaint of breach of the MPs’ Code of Conduct lodged against MP Srbislav Filipovic by Pavle Dimitrijevic.

The Committee went on to grant a positive opinion to the requests submitted by MPs Milica Dacic and Dr Muamer Bacevac to assume another public office. The Committee also considered the request submitted by Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic and granted a positive opinion to assume another public office.

The Committee established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Sci.med. Darko Laketic, Zeljko Tomic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Luka Kebara, Veroljub Matic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Branimir Jovanovic, Branimir Spasic, Miroslav Kondic, Djordje Milicevic and Ivana Nikolic.
