26th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 29 November, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending debated the Republic of Serbia 2013 Budget Bill, in detail.
Out of the 117 amendments submitted by the MPs, Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Assembly of AP Vojvodina, the Committee accepted 25.
The Committee submitted three amendments of its own to article 3, part B, articles 7 and 14 of the Bill, which Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic accepted at the Committee sitting.
At the sitting, the Committee also submitted two amendments of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, to article 51 and an amendment adding article 52 after article 51. The submitted amendments were accepted by Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic at the Committee sitting.
Committee Chairperson Vesna Kovac announced a continuation of the Committee sitting in the course of the day.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Vesna Kovac.
