The sitting was attended by Project Management Unit Director Aleksandar Simonovic who briefly presented the Project Realisation Report. The Committee members complained because the Report had not been submitted at an earlier time and because the Committee sitting was not attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. In the debate, they criticized the Report and had many questions which they asked to be answered in writing.
By a majority of votes, the Committee did not accept the Report. They agreed to schedule a Committee sitting in two weeks to discuss the amended report on the realisation of the project and funds spent, asking that the Committee members should by then receive detailed answers to their questions and the sitting should be attended by representatives of the relevant ministry.

At the sitting, the Committee formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the election of National Education Council member from the ranks of the University of Nis, nominating Prof. Dr Dragan Denic, tenured professor of the Nis Faculty of Electronic Engineering, for National Education Council member.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Prof. Dr Miodrag Stojkovic.
